Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Zeverb, Owsey, and their affiliates, as well as immediate family members of such employees, are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
- To enter the giveaway, participants must complete the following steps:
- Follow Zeverb’s social media accounts.
- Like the giveaway post on Zeverb’s Instagram/Facebook or Owsey’s Instagram/Facebook.
- Tag 2 friends who are interested in music production in the comments of the giveaway post.
- Sign up for the mailing list.
- (Optional) For an extra entry, share the giveaway post in your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/TikTok stories and tag Zeverb's page on that platform.
3. Entry Period
- The giveaway starts on 29th of August 2024 and ends on 9th of September 2024 at 8pm British Time.
- Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
4. Prize
- The prize includes:
- The Definitive FL Studio Masterclass with early access from September 10th, 2024.
- Melodic Safari - Tech Tips & Production Secrets.
- 1-Minute Custom Commission from Owsey, valued at £95.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
5. Winner Selection
- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.
- The winner will be announced on 9th of September via Zeverb’s social media accounts and contacted directly through Instagram/Twitter/Facebook DM or email.
6. Claiming the Prize
- The winner must respond to the notification within 2 days to claim the prize.
- If the winner does not respond within the specified period, a new winner may be selected.
7. Publicity
- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Zeverb and Owsey to use their names and social media handles for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Privacy
- Personal information provided for the giveaway will be used in accordance with Zeverb and Owsey’s privacy policies. Information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and communicating with the winner.
9. General Conditions
- Zeverb and Owsey reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these T&Cs or is deemed to be fraudulent.
- Zeverb and Owsey are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or delays that may affect the entry process.
- By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these T&Cs and any decisions made by Zeverb and Owsey, which are final and binding.

- Zeverb and Owsey are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from or arising out of participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
11. Governing Law
- The giveaway is governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
